Not unpleasant but the hotel should do more to alleviate noise in park next to hotel. (97994877)

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Close proximity to train Station. Good parking facilities. Close to Paris Nord Expo where I working.

One of the main reasons for staying at this hotel was the availabilty of wirefree internet connection in room. This facility was not available and should therefore not be advertised by hotel. Room was not cleaned on Sunady and neither were the towels changed. There was a restaurant advertised but thiss sadly not open on Friday, Saturday or Sunday evenings. Room overlooked a local meeting place for dozens of very noisy people who partied until the early hours. Breakfast was abysmal.

I travel a lot, and am very critical. This hotel is superb value for money, the food is exceptional, although a hot breakfast would be better than the cold ham/cheese etc, but having said that it is still fine. Seemed a bit understaffed in the bar area with one preson on both bar and reception duty. If this is representive of Balladins I will use these hotels again! (99466445)

I like the hotel very much for the price, and consider it very good value. I would suggest that the address is very confusing for a visitor to find the exact location. Even the Taxi driver was confused. There are a couple of Sevrans and I suggest that you locate the hotel next to the Sevran railway station (2 Minuites walk). I will certainly stay again . Very friendly helpful staff.A very pleasant restaurant with reasonable priced, excellent quality food. Very easy access to the railway station.

The quality of the room telephone was very poor, and not situated near the bed. I didn't receive any of my early morning alarm calls.

The hotel was very convenient for us as we visited premiere vision at the parc des exposition which was very easy to get to from the hotel as it was very well sign posted. The staff were very friendly & helpful as we had to check in later than expected & they were fine about that when we rang them. The hotel was clean, the rooms slightly on the small side but nevertheless we had a comfortable night and the bathroom facilities were good ( brilliant shower). The breakfast was very good value for money. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel anfd I will definitely be staying here at the next premiere vision or if I visited paris. (2782028)

The en-suite was spacious and the shower excellent. The bed was very comfortable & I had a very good nights sleep allowing me to be fresh the next day.

There were no drink (water) in the room and I think a mini-bar would solve this but then again there may be the question of space. The only other thing that I would comment upon is the bed was quite narrow, however it was quite firm which meant it was comfortable.

-Directions/ Information for travel from the RER train station would have helped. The station is a short walk from the station, but that information with directions is useful. -There is no 24 hour reception available. This needs to be made clear. - In general the hotel provided excellent value for money. (2459341)

The room was clean and reasonably well appointed. The staff was polite and helpful. The rooms had complimentary coffee and tea packs with a hot water heater, the bathroom had a hair dryer. Other balladin hotels lack these amenities. Unlike other some other Balladin hotels, the room and the bathroom in particular was large and comfortable.

- Although the bathroom was fairly large and very clean, there were some streaky stains that needed to be removed. - The position of the mounted TV made viewing next to impossible. -

Das Umfeld des Hotels schien mir nicht sicher! In der Metrostation war ständig Polizeipräsenz (notwendig???)! Auf dem Weg zum Hotel müsste man durch ein verdrecktes Wohnviertel/sozialen Brennpunkt gehen, in dem man sich als Frau nicht sicher fühlen konnte. Der Zugang zum Hotel war daher auch nur über eine Klingel möglich. Daher sollte man besser im Hellen im Hotel sein! Das Zimmer hatte einen durchnässten Teppich und es während der nacht öfters zu Ruhestörungen. Die Lage war allerdings verkehrsgünstig! (1943024)
