£8 for a breakfast was very expensive. Just beans,egg,bacon and 1x sausage. This to me was very poor.

Rooms are now non smoking, but there was still a strong smell of smoke when you first walked in.

I had to wait 15 minutes for my receipt as I was leaving. I was told that I should have asked for it the previous evening. I pointed out that it was their job to provide one,not my job to remind them. breakfast room nice and airy,breakfast fine, hotel clean,staff friendly. (99288665)

The breakfast room in the conservatory, overlooking the sunlit lush green garden really made my day!

The stairs are steep and narrow, which makes it difficult to take a fairly heavy suitecase to the room.
