Clean, inexpensive, decent room (good size, comfy bed, modern)

Not obvious how to use the lift (room key at knee level, no instruction that this was required).

I thought the stay was very good and where the hotel is located was good value for money.

Room was clean and very comfortable. The hotel had a really good location near Liverpool street station.

This hotel is ideally located for travelling around London, and in a 'nice' area as it's primarily a business hotel. Lovely large bed, spacious room, very clean and very quiet at night.

I would like to have known about the building works.
(97020818)

Reception staff helpful. Room Service very quick, good food. The room was quiet except I could hear the air con in the next room which was permanently on.

Could not see the sky from my window as it overlooked covered up scaffolding. As this was advertised as one of the more expensive rooms ie a suite as well as the cost I would have expected to be able to see outside at least from my window. There was no warning that building/renovation works were in progress when booking. No Kettle. No minibar. Limited stock of tea and coffee in the room. Most hotels of similar standard provide at least small packet of plain biscuits.

liked the area
quiet good sleep yet near to underground for more action and near to thames if a hot day
i had a lie in, some hotels want you to leave at 10am so 12noon is better for late nighters so ok could leave at 12 if wished choice if wanted breakfast or not, sometimes i sleep in anyway so choice is yours very quiet which i liked not near kebab shops either
could have let me know if could have had another pillow, always bring a spare one

Would prefer to know in advance on what floor the room allocated is situated. On the whole the stay was most comfortable, the staff friendly and efficient. The food was very good and we liked the way the breakfast was laid out and available.

The friendly, efficient, professional and helpful staff. People, generally, make the real difference. And this case it was a positive difference, in the hotel's favour.

Nothing really, except that in comparison to hotels elasewhere, those in London (even the five stars) tend to have smaller rooms. But there's not much that can be done about that!

I would recommend this hotel to anyone who needs a convenient city location.
(99360642)

Very convenient city location. Close to tube stations. Quiet, clean and comfortable. Reasonably priced.

The accommodation was perfect. The room was confortable, light and clean.
George from Harlow, GB (Mature couple) 10 July 2007
I have used Club Quarters before and was happy to return. The location is perfect for any City function and the proximity to the tourist sites is excellent. An added bonus is that Borough Market is an easy walk away. not too be missed if you enjoy life!!!.

Nice quiet location with easy access to the West End - Good value for money. Only drawback of booking on-line - limited ability to specify room requirement (e.g. twin + double) - but this was sorted upon arrival. Would certainly stay again.
