tiny room with no space for a suitcase and broken bed, uncomfortable location of an elevator, no opportunity of having tea in the evening (broken machine during the whole stay), refusal to provide a basic set of food due to early departure (breakfast is included), trying to get ? full price for half service concerning renting bicycles), cleaning the tables with smelling chemical sprays during the breakfast time, little sense of caring, unhelpful and impolite staff

We had a very good experience with this hotel, we actually stayed there a second time when passing through Copenhagen. The breakfast was excellent, the check in and check out process was very smooth. While I thought it was pricey, it was still one of the best deals in the area because all of Scandanavia was pricey! (107487431)

No english-speaking news channels on tv No (or little) sound proofing so you can hear neighbour guests. The owners have obviously just done the hotel up, so it is surprising that they did not put in sound-proofing

The hotel is very central. Near to shopping areas, Tivoli Gardens and Train Station.

The rooms are more like cubicles than double rooms. The beds are single beds and very narrow. The breakfast was a very plain continental breakfast. There is no lounge. In my view the facilities are not what one would normally expect from a 3 star hotel.
