Friendly efficent staff, good food, room decour was clean but in need of a update. Secure parking. Bathroom not all the fittings worked ( no plug / shower rail was broken so had to hold shower head). good value for money, I would defintley use this hotel again. (99738505)

This is purely a transit/overnight stay place. The food on offer was fine and well priced but certainly not a la carte. The surrounding area is all large shopping units south of Dijon. Not sure where the web site photo of the motel came from but there wasn't a flower in site near the motel! The interior and exterior could do with a lick of paint and a bit of investment to brighten the place up a bit 6/10. (3304158883)

We were unfortunate for our overnight stay to coincide with two coachloads of British tourists who were very noisy during the night. But the food and restaurant service was excellent, giving us an enjoyable dinner while the British group dominated the bar outside the dining room. (3304362036)

I was pleasantly impressed with the Hugotel - coming from the other side of the world with no other idea of the hotel other than the website I was needlessly worried. The gentleman who checked us in understood english but didn't seem to speak it - a little problem when we spoke very little French. The hotel is a great base for seeing a beautiful part of France. Improve television reception. Ensure that clients can pay using credit cards - we had to use cash as the machine was either broken or the receptionist was not trained to use it properly. The rooms could be modernised with brighter colours being used.
