Clean & tidy hotel with good facilities

Pub across the road closed early & bar prices in hotel expensive

We used this hotel as a base when attending Silverstone for the BMCRC racing series. Convenient for the circuit and good road access. Was far better value than the Travelodge and although a little further to travel to/from the circuit was more than adequate and rates also included breakfast. Within the site of the hotel was a supermarket which was useful for stocking up on supplies and the onsite eatery 'harvester' was more than adequate and value for money. Would certainly use again when visiting Silverstone.

Overall experience was great, shame that the dirty bathroom particularly the smelly loo spoilt it all!
I would love to stay there again and hopefully the loos will be all cleaned up by then!???

Continental breakfast was excellent, decent espresso & warm croissants, rarely found in hotels these days! Nice modern decor throughout hotel, loby & cafe in particular. Bedroom nicely furnished and spacious. Self-controlled aircon/heater was a bonus!
Check-in was speedy and staff friendly. Convenient location just off motorway. Oh, good to see loads of parking spaces!

DIRTY BATHROOM!!
****************
Spoilt it all! Hair in basin and the lavatory smells urine! The smell was so strong that I didn't want to use it unless I have to!!! Attention needed for cleaniness in the loo.
Also it would be nice if the hotel has its own restaurant instead of having to dine at the Beefeater opposite, where the dinner was awful!

Not the easiest place to find, especially if approaching from road other than M1.
Room was very warm, even tho' window open and no heating on (weather not hot)and we were unable to get the fan to work.
Apparently no extractor fan in bathroom.

Clean, bright and roomy.

Sink area in bathroom looked good but was not well thought out - surround always wet when in use. Needs some sloping to encourage water back into sink.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Access with small children was not a problem. We did not know the Harvester restaurant was next door to the hotel, but this was a bonus. Checking in and out was very quick. The continental/quick breakfast selection was very good. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.

Rooms were in excellent order. Hotel was conveniently situated just off the motorway.

Children's television selection is the only possible thing I can think of, but as we were only staying for one night, this was not an issue.
