Frustrating to find no twin bed rooms available some 2 weeks before the stay. Is there a great demand for triple (1 double + 1 single bed) rooms which are more expensive than a standard twin bed room? I would suggest more standard twin bed rooms so that guests don't fell exploited by having to book a triple when not needed. Room smelled of stale cigarette smoke but I was not asked when booking if a non smoking room was required. The seating in the bar area is limited when not eating and that which is available is not very inviting.

no restaurant available at night. We booked 2 twin rooms and got 1 twin and a double. A distance from nearby restaurants. The booking was originally made for wrong night due to a default on the internet website, defaulting to that days date after i had reviewed different rooms. I realized later that night and it was resolved the next day promptly. i couldn't find any directions to the hotel.

Parking not secure so had to transport a lot of heavy luggage along corridor and up(and down) two floors, with young children to guard. No help from onlooking staff. Restaurant closed.

A normal type of overnight stay hotel but had deteriorated from our last stay a couple of years ago and is now in need of upgrading to bring it back to its original good condition in both decor and breakfast service (97424828)

Room was clean & comfortable. Dinner was quite nice with good service by staff

Overall this looked a well used hotel in need of re decoration. Outside seating area needs cleaning up of cigarette ends etc. Plastic chairs were very flimsy and easily broken which explains why there were only four available. The breakfast service needs a review. The fresh fruit of oranges and grapefruit were going mouldy and the croissants, bread and coffee had all gone by 09.00. Staff did not seem aware of shortages until informed

We have used this hotel on many ocassions. Our latest visit was spoiled because the restaurant was closed that night. When booking, we had asked for a dinner reservation. We had no prior warning that we would have to go out looking for a restaurant elsewhere. (97851515)

Car parking on site was good. The hotel was easy to find. Booking over the internet was simple. We will certainly use Kyriad again. On our return journey we sampled a different hotel in Evreux but it was too close to busy roads and traffic noise throughout the night wasdisturbing. In comparison we had a perfectly peaceful night at the Kyriad in Evreux. We even managed to get some shopping in too! (97019548)

We had a very good meal and then retired to bed. We were very comfortable and had a peaceful night. We did not use any other facilities and therefore cannot recommend any improvements. We were very happy with the accommodation and the service in the dining room.
