everything posotive talking to other members of the party they would stay at this property again, clse to town centre, slight inclin to hotel, you may struggle if oap and have a bad back, the path upto the hotel got very slippery when wet and did it rain (did it) all weekend, good veritity for breakfast, (3304252937)

positive comments close to town centre, friendly, breakfast excellent
negative comments the path upto the hotel was very slipper when wet, and parking could be a problem high season

We enjoyed our stay, the hotel is in an excellent position, just 5 minutes walk from the harbour and facilities. There are a number of steep steps to negotiate whether approaching from the front or the rear of the hotel. Car parking space is limited. (2606883)

positive comments The hotel was well decorated and clean. The owners were welcoming and friendly.
negative comments The entrance up to the hotel could be tidied up especially from the rear of the hotel although I realise that there is not much space available. THe bathroom door in our room did not fit very well.

A charming, friendly, family run B&B. We were diving in Torquay for a couple of days and wanted to stay over night for a treat. We stayed in the simple, clean, good value four-poster bedroom overlooking the gardens. The bars and restaurants are only a couple of minutes walk. The owner is lovely, very friendly and helpful. Will certainly return when we next visit. (2593737)

positive comments Friendly, clean and simple
