Quiet position. Close to underground and M4.

Breakfast not very warm. Staff seemed overworked.

good breakfast; quiet.

poor plumbing and wall insulation. Constant sound of running water from the next room which made it difficult to sleep.

Need of overall repair to outside and inside rooms to be redecorated

Hairs found on the bed sheets in both beds so had to sleep on the top sheet

the room was functional and clean, the breakfast was well presented, advantage of parking, and friendly staff

adequate as a budget overnight stay, but not an experience to repeat in a hurry

I think this is a great budget hotel. It is in a fantastic part of London, with loads of restuarants around and fantastic transport links. It is in a quiet, residential location and is within five minutes walk away from places to walk etc.
The staff were very friendly and I believe the rates are very competitive for a longer stay.
Look out for those fantastic chandaliers and the fantastic pictures in the dining room.
I would stay there again and recommend it to other people.

The Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was within a five minute walk of Ealing. Great budget stay.

They could do with the house doctor in as although hotel is furnished well, some of the features such as the fantastic chandaliers in the dinning room/lounge are lost in the current decor. The cooked breakfast was a bit of a disappointment.

Pleasant hotel, but badly in need of a face lift.
But as value for money goes you could do much worse.

Warm, friendly good breakfast. Quiet road ensured a good nights sleep. No noisy plumbing which was a bonus.

nothing apart from difficulty parking. Did park on the forecourt but it was very tight.

Close to Ealing Broadway so a bonous we did not expect . There were plenty of places to eat and nice shops, and the local M&S was open late ... a bonus. The only problem were the directions the hotel gave us.. they seemed to presume we were leaving from central London and we got a bit confused... but may have been our map reading!! SAT NAV would have been helpful had we had it!! But we got there in the end
I would definatly go again..good value for money

clean, accomodating staff, what I expected

we were on the ground floor...so noise a bit of a problem, but we slept anyway !
