The staff were nice and helpful, the hotel was clean and fairly quiet, and the facilities were good.

It was a really nice room, it was comfortable, and the hotel was clean and tidy. Breakfast was very nice and the location was perfect.

Very, very disappointed in the quality and amenities. We expected a hotel, the owner admitted it was a B&B.
In future I will book through tourist information.

Owner, who we saw once briefly, friendly & helpful.
Excellent pub 10 minutes walk away

decor dated & tired. Surly uncommunicative, unhelpful staff on arrival. Small portable tv with indoor aerial receiving one channel. vehicle parking next to the window, woken several times by guests vehicles coming & going throughout the night.

Location, staff.

Size of the room, very noisy due to paper thin walls. Decor was tired the rooms need a refresh. Shower head was dirty.

Great location. Staff very good. Overall condition of the hotel is shabby. Beds are uncomfortable. Overall expected better for the money. Looks and feels like student digs.

Good location

Poor parking facilities. Poor standard of decor.

Beds are awful. All rooms would benefit from a little TLC and a trip to Ikea. Staff are excellent and location is great.

Friendly efficient staff.

The room was in need of complete redecoration and refurnishing as everything seemed / was old fashioned.

We have stayed at this hotel on 3 occassions. The staff have always been different but always very hospitable and polite. Good breakfast served with a smile. This hotel is good value for money .

in a good area of Ealing. Short walk to underground. Able to collect key and leave bags even though room had not been cleaned so that we could go to twickenham early.

Bedrooms could do with investment but bed was clean and comfortable

Friendly 'hostel like' atmosphere, but ensuite rooms. Very nice breakfast. The building's a bit old & untidy, but OK.

Homely and fairly cheap

The TV reception is very poor. The decoration is rather dated.

the hotel receptionist was freindly, nice breakfast, clean and comfortable bed, however the bathroom was pretty basic with just a shower and no bath. Within walking distance of many bars and restaurant. Decor and some of furniture could do with an update, but overal reasonable value for money .

The receptionist was freindly, the breakfast was tasty, overall the hotel was clean and freindly, although basic with good access to a full range of bars and restaurants , best of all a comfy clean bed,

the furniture was a little outdated and the fittings a little tatty in places. The decor need an upgrade and the room had very little in the way of air conditioning , the only window in the room to open was about 2 ft away from the wall of a biulding at the back so it was a little stuffy.
