Nice room, very helpfull staff, good food, bar was still open after the show, 2 min walk from wembley.

Nex door company was very noisy with loading their cars over night :-(

Location was perfect, ample car parking, staff were welcoming and efficient.

"NOT A BAD POINT" breakfast could have been better, and what was on offer I don't believe was value for money.

SO CLEAN
john from Chester, GB (Group of adult friends) 02 September 2008
Last year the only availble hotel at the last minute was the IBIS 1 star, it was much better than this. I was prepared top pay more for a 3 star but was very disappointed. I spend a large number of nights, on business, in hotels, I would not use this hotel or this chain again out of preference.
(107122580)

Location, staff on the main desk helpful

Poor quality equipment eg. tv and remote, we had trouble using them and the remote handset was broken (batteries taped in and kept falling out). Breakfast was poor value for the money, served directly to us (one piece of bacon only but could not have two even though other items were not required!)Two of my party were asked to come back in a few minutes for items that had run out (ie. eat what you have on your plate then queue up again for a sausage!)- this is poor. For the price I would never eat there again.

Good, would stay again as great location for events at Wembley Arena, the Hilton had an hour long wait for after show drinks and food where we got served straight away. No real outside area though so a few more tables during the summermonths would be helpful. Fantastic viewsof Stadium from the hotel bedrooms too.

Ease and quickness of service at the bar and reataurant, friendliness of staff, noise level good.

near to Wembley Arena

Had to ring 3 times to get safe opened. Took about 4 hours from 1st telephone call. Bathroom had soap suds on wall! Had to pay for breakfast when taken instead of adding to account and paying on leaving. Breakfast mediocre
Brenda from Filey, GB (Mature couple) 28 May 2008
Adequate. We would not stop there again because of all the points above

Excelent location
Adequate parking

Price - way too high
No breakfast included in the very high price - Unbelievable!
Hotel needed some tender loving care, windows were awful, room was noisy (we could hear all the weather)

i did not dslike any thing but the showerheads could be cleaner.
Elisabeth from Bournemouth, GB (Mature couple) 29 January 2008
The hotel was as I expected in condition and cleanliness.
Given the location of the hotel and the fact that many people staying were attending the Wembley venue, I would have thought greater emphasis would have been placed on providing adequate early meals to cater for the need.
(97069245)

Everything was clean and tidy and we loved the fact there was a small table and two chairs.

The TV was old fashioned and took some time to turn to colour when turned on.
Linda from Bexleyheath, GB (Mature couple) 19 December 2007
The only problem we experienced was in Room 208, there were very noisy generators outside the window, which switched on and off all night. When booking again, we will ask for a room in a different part of the hotel. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

The location from Wembley stadium
Julie from Paignton, GB (Family with older children) 23 June 2007
The receptionish found it difficult to understand me and I ended up having to write my name down so she could check whether I did have a booking.
The room was shabby. You could write your name in the dust behind the television. The bedspreads had stains on them. The walls were dirty.
The remote control did not work. The stations were poorly tuned.
There were only 2 cups and no teaspoons.
I felt the standard was not up to what I would expect of a 3 star hotel.

The hotel was comfortable but let down by the lack of room service of longer opening times for the restaurant.
(99846118)

It was convenient for Wembley stadium. The room was quiet and comfortable

The restaurant was closed at 11pm even though there was a huge concert next door. Given the likely demand from concert goers, it was a shame that a food service could not have been extended. Also, the bar seemed understaffed for the demand

Convenience in terms of access to the new wembley stadium

Water on the floor in bathroom on arrival. Dirty bath, so shower the only form of washing. cracked window. Lack of supervisory staff within the bar area. At one point there were 5 people behind the bar, and none of them could speak english or use the til.The coffee machine in the breakfast room did not work. No one in the breakfast room new the procedure to obtain breakfast. I had to pay for the hotel on arrival. This is the first time i have ever had to do this.
Noreen from Staffordshire, GB (Mature couple) 05 June 2007
I travel all over the UK and the world and to some very poor countries, this is probaly the worst hotel for cleanliness and service.

The online booking experience was excellent, quick, informative and user friendly. The facilities in the hotel were good the room was of a decent size it was just the response to having equipment fixed was poor.
The restaurant's Room Service was good and staff very friendly.
(99852453)

Room service was good and prompt. The location of the hotel to Wembley was excellent.

The air conditioning unit did not work the entire stay. The wash basin in the bathroom was blocked i.e. it took an hour to empty after it was full even though no plug had been inserted into it. This was reported the following morning but was still not fixed when returning in the evening.

Booking on-line I was unsure about purchasing breakfast (no breakfast provided) I did have one!
The room and the hotel in general was clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful.
It is an ideal location for all the Wembly facilities and I would happily stay in it again next year when I take in a show. I have recommended it to friends who are football fans as it is so near the stadium.
Overall good, apart from the above, which let it down. Small things count when you are away from home.
Thank you.

This is an excellent choice of hotel to stay in whether it be for a night or a week.
Very clean and expensive looking.
Great food and drink and a lovely bar to top it off.
The staff were all very helpfull and all knew what the were doing.
The rooms are all lovely and snug with the central heating which made sure you didnt want to get up in the morning!
The hotel was lovely and quiet as well with no disturbance from other hotel users even though it was very full.
Excellent price for the room although in no way basic!
Overall a def 10/10 and we will def recommend this to single people or couples its a sure winner!
(99391627)

The hotel was very close to the stadium and it was very easy to find.
The room was very spacious and we had everything we could have wanted in the room, hairdryer, iron etc.
I also loved that fact that there were extra pillows which made sure I had a peacefull nights sleep.

I disliked that fact that we couldnt have stayed longer although we will def be back!
David from Dartford, United Kingdom;GB (Young couple) 01 March 2007
