room excellent,liked tile vision in bathroom,view great,bed comfy,room service meals arrived promptly and were good value and tasty.

trays of dirty food,left in corridors aLL day and night,surely against fire regs,health and,safety,one was outside our room on arrival and was only removed following morning.sat breakfast poor,hardly motorway service standards,never mind a quality hotel.sun breakfast a fiasco,no cooked breakfast for 20 mins,no butter,uncooked toast staff totally unable to cope,yes it was busy but not that busy.suggest all staff go to a hilton hotel on sunday to learn how to do a good quality breakfast.sun night no one behind bar,and had to chase round to get someone to serve me everytime iwanted some drinks.monday breakfast was much better.

Booking was easy. Got a good deal for a Friday night. Rooms were modern, clean and bright. Facilities good. Nothing to dislike really. Extremely comfortable. Nice breakfast. No problems. Cheaper room with no view was larger than the one with a view so swings and roundabouts there too!! (97228971)

The rooms were bright and light, modern and well furnished. Bathrooms were cool with 'tile vision' - you can watch telly in the bath!!

The Hotel was well located and our room overlooked the river. Importantly for us, the Hotel was not to hot, a common complaint of ours.When the Staff did arrive they were pleasant and attentative with the exception on the Girl behind the Bar who was continually disappearing out the back to have conversations on her mobile phone and did not smile at us once nor did she say thank you (97910332)

Modern and Comfortable

When we arrived there were no staff on Reception, when we went into the Bar, again, no staff and again in the Dining Room, no staff. In each case they turned up eventually but it did seem a bit strange

The hotel and staff were great,food was good the location was perfect for seeing Bristol close to bars and resturants we all had a great weekend and would visit again, the only downside was I had booked three rooms one booking had been altered without my say so, and an alternative room had to be found,and I did recieve a smaller room than my friends as it was on the end of the block, apart from that thanks for the great experience A1. There is no parking spot and you have to buy NCP voucher rather than be given it. The hotel is 4star but surely there is no need for such high prices particularly the food. Wouldn't consider eating there
