Novotel London St Pancras

An excellent location, close to Euston and St Pancras with helpful and friendly staff. Our only "complaint" was having to pay extra for breakfast! (97462276)

We arrived at the hotel rather late in the evening after a long day and feeling very tired and were given an upgrade which was a lovely treat! Refreshments in room, hot shower, lovely towels and comfy bed! Splendid start to our holiday, even though we thought the price on the expensive side. But then, this IS London!! Great view of the city at night.

It was a Saturday night and we were kept awake most of the night by Police and ambulance sirens.

Good, large room, with a very comfortable large bed. Quiet despite being located on a main road. Everything was clean and well furnished

I wasn't sure if breakfast was included and found it a bit embarassing to have to ask. The Afternoon Tea was cheap by London standards and poor by any standards: thick overfilled sandwiches and no choice of filling or variety of filling, squashed next to the scone, so bits of the tuna sanwich filling adhered to it(!), plus a 'French pastry' with pastry so soggy it was inedible and tasteless filling. I am sure the persentation on one single black platter was supposed to be smart and contemporary but it smacked of cheap canteen or in Air Flight catering. (3304738038)

Overall the hotel is good with good attention to guest comfort and service. As above the road side rooms are very noisy and sound proofing could be improved. WiFi internet access would also be an added attraction. Check out in the morning could have been better organised with more cashiers on duty and perhaps an express check out facility. (3304464744)

Sound proofing of rooms. The hotel is on busy Euston Road and Window sound proofing is inadequate for rooms on Euston Road side of hotel. Wi Fi internet access would be an additional attraction for business and leisure visitors.
