As we were staying over in the area to work for 2 days we just wanted a cheap hotel and this one fitted the bill. We did not want to have to pay for a breakfast as we were leaving early[5.30am], so just payiny for the room suited us

I would have preferred to have known about potential dislikes mentioned above and to be fair they did call me at the time off the web booking and said there'd been some disruption due to a recent fire (hence the Marquee.) But it was Good value for money and we will use it again for the odd night stop-over. (99777513)

Good value for money

Noise from Air-conditioning unit, outside almost below my room window, it was being used for temporary Marquee (when asked they did switch it off until 6am in the morning!) Also imo the Bed Mattress was in poor condition.
