It was very clean and the most comfortable bed I have stayed in for some time. My car had problems and at 11.30 at night the staff could not have been more helpful and caring when helping me to contact the AA.

Excellent breakfast arrangements.

The only problem, which you definitely need to check up on, was the check-in and its relationship to the online booking. The young girl on duty could not find my details. The reference number you sent me by way of acknowledgement she didn't recognize. I was forced to go back out to my car to find the original online printout. When I returned with it, she then eventually found my booking. But, after a long journey, one could do without all this, and her manner was singularly uncommunicative - possibly because she was foreign. A pity.
