I would be pleased to return to this hotel again. Helpful and informative staff with a hoyel in an excellent location to explore the interesting town of Poitiers made this an enjoyable stopover Bettter directions - a small map would be helpful - in finding the hoyel as the entrabce is not directly on the main street/square (97813293)

The main point I'd like to make is that the Hotel is hard to find. Not because the instructions are not good enough but because the entrance has a no-entry sign on it so its very confusing. Perhaps a sign could be put up underneath the no-entry sign saying Hotel Access Only. Also the Alleyway is a bit grubby and not very inviting but once you get inside the Hotel it gives a better impression. Perhaps a few tubs of flowers would brighten it up. As I said before I would like to have had a duvet instead of sheets and blankets. Overall though, no complaints, just a few suggestions for improvement. (97561280)

The accommodation was fair for the price. The staff were very helpful and although they spoke good English there was also the opportunity to practice our French. I am very impressed with the secure parking. Breakfast was good too.

It is a little tired around the edges. The rooms were clean but could do with updating. I would also have liked to have had a duvet instead of sheets and blankets.

Smallest niggle was a broken reading lamp above my bed meaning a couldn't change it's angle, and the music of a bar/club nearby (but it's only to be expected in the centre of a city and will be the same in most centrally located hotels. bring earplugs whereever you stay, just in case, if your worried)

l'hôtel a du charme grâce à sa verrière intérieure et l'accueil est tout à fait chaleureux.Sinon, nous sommes arrivés en voiture et nous avons eu un peu de mal à trouver l'emplacement de l'hôtel dans la ville car il y a un panneau d'interdiction à l'entrée de la petite rue. (97589495)

la salle du petit déjeuner est chaleureuse et joliment décorée et le choix des aliments est tout à fait satisfaisant. On peut garer sa voiture dans le parking privé de l'hôtel ce qui est très pratique étant donné que l'hôtel est situé dans le centre ville.

It is a small, old-fashioned but delightful hotel in the heart of Poitiers. It is not luxurious but, for the price it charges, it is an excellent option for anyone visiting the beautiful city of Poitiers. All went well apart from a couple of criticisms outlined above but these were not enough to spoil our 3 days at the hotel. We would go again. (99862388)
