Good location for proximity to ferry ports. Hotel not able to cater for early departures (no breakfasts before 8.00am). Difficult location within one way road system and very limited parking. (97181019)

Poor parking facilities.No advance warning of being within one way road system. No facility for providing any breakfasts (not even pre-packed) for early departures - thus paid BB rate for four breakfasts which weren't delivered. No staff on duty at 7.00am

I understood from the manager that there are some changes being made to the hotel that will possibly be completed for the summer of 2008.As this is the first time that we have stayed at your hotel I can only comment on what we experienced it would seem that your involvement is still in its very early stages, but the manager was extremely helpful and gave the impression that it would not be long before he had it all up and running to perfection (97963083)

the hotel was in a very quiet area, and the staff were very pleasant and friendly.

I thought the decor in the room was very bland and did not show the room to its best advantage also from my wife's point of view it needs a mirror in the main room.
