Excellent room facilities. Extremely clean, batthroom excellent, fully working shower. Towels clean, bed linen clean and the bed itself was very cosy and comfortable. Most of the staff could not speak english except one whose name was Mickael. We were working in Belgium but travelled on the Metro to Lille on a number of occasions and found the journey very quick on the modern train. Station is literally across the road. (99631479)

The bed was very comfortable, excellent shower cleaner was very efficient and made everything sparkle.

There was nothing to dislike. Overall our stay was good value and we would most certainly use the hotel again.

We found this hotel in Tourcoing to be excellent value for money, and an excellent base for touring the region by car. Whilst it would have been useful to have details of transport facilities available in the hotel (of course, with our limited French we could have asked the helpful staff), we had no difficulty in finding the local Metro station, which was only about 50 yards away. Ihre Orangenpresse ist für einen Hotelbetrieb absolut desolat, der Saft läuft ständig daneben. Presse absolut Fehlkonstruktion, Bemerkung gegenüber Personals - da müsste ich mich bei dem Hersteller beschweren! - diese Aussage lässt zu wünschen übrig!

I hadn't realised that the hotel was situated beside a large supermarket and just off the main street. I have to say however that I didn't hear any traffic at all. The breakfast was very good. (1898550)
