Cet Hôtel est bien, pour une voir deux nuits. Le personnel de la réception est très accueillant. Le gérant n'est lui pas très accueillant.

Que des informations en Anglais mais le personnel parlait le Français. le soir aucun service, une personne seule ne pouvant m^me pas donner un oreiller supplémentaire. Le petit déjeuner n'a jamais varié.

Had this hotel been in a better area of Brussels then the whole experience would have been much more pleasant. Although it was not the hotel's fault some of the guests were inconsiderate to say the least. To hear shouting and heavy footsteps in the room above at 3 o'clock in the morning (for at least an hour) does not inspire confidence in the type of clientele attracted to the hotel. That said if you avoid that sort of problem then the hotel offers very good value for money. (97698091)

For viewing Brussels on foot and close proximity to the rail, Metro, Bus and Tram line this was an ideal location. The breakfast was excellent. The lack of restaurant at the Hotel was not a cause for concern as Brussels has so much to offer of a national and internanational nature in terms of cuisine choice in close proximity to the Hotel. For a 3 star, well worth the money; Clean, tidy and lovely extra lrge double bed. Air conditioning a plus. The reception staff were helpful at all times. (99222974)

The location in respect that it is the 'poorer end of town' If I were a female on my own I think I would be anxiouus about walking the street in the local area due to my ethnicity.
