Was Classified as a hotel but only does B&B hence rather misleading. The brochure talked of a bar but there was none. Breakfast was great but with kids and no restaurant which you expect from the description of Hotel this was the only issue. (2843023)

No Coffee or tea making facility in the hotel. No food allowed in hotel but only offered Breakfast so with kids no opportunity to bring food or drink in!

The hotel was easy to reach and locate. It's location on the edge of a typical Normandy village made it perfect for a weekend stay. Set in it's own well-kept grounds it proved to be ideal for a good night's sleep. The buffet breakfast was beautifully presented, used fresh local produce where possible, and was delicious. The owner was very willing to help in any queries we had about the area, booking a table for us at a good local restaurant as soon as we had registered. Can't wait to go back again. (1580779)

Friendliness of owner and cleanliness of hotel.

Our hostess was very attentive to our needs. The breakfast buffet was wonderful with fresh breads, homemade jams, cheeses, yogurt and served in a lovely dining room overlooking the yard. Hotel Bel Air was much nicer than the description on the website. We were very pleased and would certainly recommend it to our friends. (1312826)

Lovely bedroom, large bath, nicely decorated. Very quiet. Grounds surrounding hotel were beautiful.

Although the directions to get to Flamanville were good, we could have used more specific directions to find hotel once we were in Flamanville especially since we arrived after dark.

I would like to have known that the bar would be shut very early and therefore snacks/coffee would be unavailable. We were upset at being charged for cleaning of bedspread as there was no cot in the room on arrival despite pre-booking.I would recommend to couples not to families so have left below blank.
