The room was very basic but very clean. We had a split level family room with a double bed upstairs and twin beds downstairs. The space is minimal but adequate for a night or two. Air con was a bonus. Reception staff were very helpful.

I would have liked to have known that it was a good 10 mins walk to anywhere (we are both disabled) and that the lift was of no use to anyone as it did not really link dining room to rooms or even the rooms to reception. We had to walk up and down stairs, not good for an arthritic woman and a blind man with heart disease. Too much is made of the lift in the information. (3305130785)

This is probably a great hotel to stay in however, certain rooms should not be made available to guests. To charge the full rate for a drab (cork tiles half stuck on the walls) and rather smelly room which is tucked out of the way in the basement is rather shocking. I did voice my feelings at the reception desk and was told that some people insist on booking the room we stayed in... (3305149446)
