Helpful staff, very good breakfast when so many hotels offer none at all. Convenient location.

First room - poor, no latch on bathroom, hairdryer did not work, plug in sink was broken, very noisy at the front of hotel. On our return requested a room at the rear, better except for night club, noise until 4.00 am

The hotel was very central, clean, friendly and comfortable. The continental breakfast was very good with a massive choice, no fry up though, which didn't bother me.

The toilet was so close to the wall that you couldn't sit down properly. There was no tea or coffee making facilities. For someone slightly disabled (me) the stairs were very steep, although of course there was a lift.

Central Location, great breakfast

Being round the corner from the red light district, and the hotel looked tired

Good size room which was clean and tidy. The bathroom was modern but unfortunately there was no proper shower, only a hand held spray. Our biggest complaint however was that there were no Coffee/Tea making facilities in the room, and no where within the hotel to buy one. (97090768)

We were a group of 9 people on a week-end trip to Bruges, Gent and Brussel, and we found Hotel Eden a nice and friendly family hotel and quite handy for visiting the central areas of the city. Rooms and food was good, and hotel and staff was charming and friendly.
