The hotel's manager was welcoming and very helpful, being able to assist with parking near to the hotel and recommending a wonderful place to eat. The hotel was quiet and relaxing and provided a very enjoyable place to stay. (99063913)

It was a clean and attractive hotel, in a pleasant location near to the centre of the town.

There wasn't anything to dislike, but we would have preferred 2 singles to have been prepared for the children in our family room instead of a double.

This is a very friendly family hotel. Initially I thought it was a bit far from the town centre, but it was only a 7-10 minute walk. I booked a family room, but it turned out to be a self contained pair of rooms with a shared bathroom. This was a really pleasant surprise - the children went to bed at their normal time and we could sit and read or watch the TV without whispering. The size of the bedrooms is okay, and the bathroom quite spacious. Breakfast is simple but very generous. The local off street parking was very handy. I'd happily stay here again. (99110266)

The booking process was easy. Directions to the hotel must have been good - we drove straight to it , in the middle of Bruges, with no wrong turns. A town plan hote location would have been useful but this was easy enough to get from the web. some info on public transport, car / cycle hire may be useful to some people (99418269)

the hotel location was very good - close enough to call back from the town. Car parking was well worth the extra charge for the convenience. Good value for money

Rather a lot of 'Don't' notices but not enough to cause a problem.
