Great location and directions to hotel from tunnel

Awful car park, dangerous, moved to multi storey after they let my space to another guest and when we returned they asked me to park outside and leave my keys and they would move it! Want you to leave keys at reception but couldn't tell me if they were insured to drive it. Also we got badly bitten each night in late October when freezing outside

Location perfect ~ right in centre, near markt. Reception staff friendly and extremely helpful. Room spotless, very spacious and well equipped. Breakfast plentiful, served in lovely surroundings. Fabulous value for money!

I had read the reviews about the hotel before hand so I knew what to expect. I had read somewhere that if you get the keys to 415 or 417 to hand then back because they were the worst rooms.... Then guess which keys we got.... One of those.... Was fine for the amount of time we actually spent in the room and the duration of our stay but would not have been happy if we had come for longer. The layout of the hotel was very weird and heading to breakfast was an experience in itself! It felt as if you'd been sent to the dungeons... Obviously the location was good which made up for the 50 steps to our room.... I would recommend the hotel but only purely down to location... (99972186)

Bedroom in loft - very small and smelt!

The rooms were clean and facilities adequate for a short stay. The staff were helpful. The hotel was very central and quiet as traffic did not pass the front door. The terrace at the rear was a quiet haven to relax on. The breakfast selection was greater than we have experienced on previous continental short stay holidays. Overall we were very satisfied with the Hotel Koffieboontje and would be happy to spend another holiday there in the future. (45741150)

Location and service great.

Room was great but not for family having toddlers. You have to watch them constantly given the fact that the kitchen is next to the living room which could potentially be of high risk. The room was on 2nd floor and it was daunting to get the toddlers up and down 4-5 times per day. Worst of all there was no sink in the toilet and you have to walk through the bedrooms to reach the bathroom to maintain hygiene. Restaurant did not have any high chairs to cater for toddlers. We had to cope with that. Other restaurants we dined did have high chairs and I felt that the hotel needed to keep the pace.
