General review of the hotel was excellent. Due to being a family on a low income I felt the cost were just right for our budget and had the luxury of using the pool too. Thank you

I was very please with everything. Unfortunately, i did not spent enough time there as we were off to a family party. The staff' were very helpful and almost everyone we came across gave asmile and a hello. Our short time there was well worth it and so was the cost. All the staff' at the reception were all lovely and helpful and so were the one's we came across throughout the hotel.

I was not satisfied with the taxi company connected with hotel. The staff were very quick in ringing us a taxi. But the taxi were late by 20 minutes and did not seem to know where they were taking us and I felt I paid for a journey for nothing due to getting to where I wanted very late. The cost of the taxi on the metre from the high street and the cost of the taxi from the hotel to the high street were by £1.50 different and I was not happy that the driver were talking their own language to their base.

Nice place, lots of kids though due to the proximity to Lego Land.

Nice newer hotel.

Air conditioning didn't work very well. Key board for TV internet didn't work.

Overall everything about the Hotel was fine although there was no information about what to see in the surrounding area which I felt was a bad mistake considering Eton and Windsor nearby. Also my mother had problems with her hearing and I could not figure out how to get teletext for her or even if it was available?

More sunbeds required around the pool area - two is not enough, apart from this a very enjoyable stay. The Brian Turner restaurant was excellent. Parking for guests should be free not
