Very nice staff, nice rooms, a little trouble to find the entrance when arriving from the trainstation. The muzaq in the elevator was too high. Extremely clean hotel! Overall the biggest disappointment was the quality and cost of evening meal,which was very disappointing including return of vegetables with no adequate replacement available. i came to woking to see rik mayall in the new statesman play. and had the biggest serprise of my life....and i will tell you . well i checked in at the lovely holiday inn i then went to call a lift, the lift came down the doors opened and who should come out? but the man himself yes rik mayall..he was also staying at the same hotel.it really made my stay a special one as i am i very.very big fan of Rik mayall . As an American chain of hotels it was a surprise to find that the air conditioning was not a very potent one. I understand that in England it doesn't get very hot but it does occasionally and hotels should supply the customer with both heating and cold air just in case. (3304917839)

The air condition system was not cold enough, we felt it was just ventilation and that was uncomfortable. We had to oopen the windows to get some air.

The hotel was ideally located in the centre of woking and everything was only a 5minute walk away, hotel was very clean and staff were exceptionally helpful, booked to twin rooms which had two double beds in each bathroom was clean, cost was very reasonable, it didn't include breakfast but for the price we paid you could not fault anything would recommend this hotel, top class!!! Over all I found my stay very comfortable and satisfactory. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. It would have been helpful if the room displayed a map of the local area or listed popular bars/restaurants but this did not effect my stay in any way.
