Comfortable suite with dining and lounge area and small kitchen with fridge. Good restaurant and excellent food. Reception staff very helpful and very good bikes for hire.

Rooms not cleaned at all during our 5 day visit, though bins emptied and curtains opened. One of the bath towels ripped and very worn. No kettle in the kitchen only coffee machine. No coffee/tea making supplies provided.

Clean, comfortable, well furnished self catering guest appartments ideal for a few nights or a longer stay and situated only a few minutes walk from the town centre. The staff were friendly and helpful and the restaurant provided meals till 10pm and continental breakfast each morning. available.

While we had reserved parking there was no record of this on arrival and we had to search for on street parking which was difficult as the music festival made the streets very busy. When we checked out they did have a record of our parking however although we explained and did not have to pay this charge. Make sure you take a print out confirming you have reserved parking with you!

This was our first and favorite stop on our vacation. The place is beautiful and immaculate, the staff is friendly and dedicated to making your stay wonderful. The view was good from our room, and it was short 20 min. walk to the center of Gent. We loved it, can't ask for anything else! (97824275)
