Dissappointed as this was a special stay i.e. our golden wedding anniversary. I phoned your reception to advise this some time prior to arrival. (108611846)

New looking hotel very modern, not enough thought put into the general requirements of guests.

No restaurant for evening meals. No bidet. No where to hang & dry wet bath towels. Wash basin plug difficult to operate. Shower floor very slippy when in use, request for bath mat ignored. Toilet door squeeked badly more so through the night. Bad overall experience. room 208
