The staff were excellent, they were really helpful and found us a room in the hotel.

The online booking company did not book the correct number of rooms with the hotel but had sent me confirmation that the rooms were booked. This caused a problem when checking in as the hotel we fully booked and did not have a spare room available for us.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a good budget deal, where one really feels that every pound paid is worth it. It's comfortable, has good room facilities, the staff is friendly and the meals are nice. Definetly go for it! (99422989)

A fairly inexpensive hotel, clean, tidy and good value for money. It is close to all amenities and night life. A group of six of us stayed over before flying out of Liverpool airport on holiday and we all found it adequate for a one night stop over. The rooms are quite small, so if you are a tall / large person, the rooms will feel quite restrictive. There is no air conditioning in the rooms, so if you arrive on a hot day the rooms are quite stuffy. Better directions to the hotel should be given on the web site. (3304954166)

The hotel car park access was quite difficult to find / see from the road, although the hotel could be seen from the road quite clearly. There appeared to be no elevator, so if you have a heavy or large case and your room is on the second floor, it means you have to carry it up two flights of stairs. No air conditioning, so quite warm.

Very clean but basic room although adequate for our needs which was only 2 nights. If staying longer could do with extra drawer space. Plenty of parking places and staff were very pleasant and helpful. Very easy to get a taxi either by hotel freephone or just by waiting outside where taxis pass frequently.
