Athough the room itself was excellent it was a little disappointing to walk into a modern block when all the pictures focus on the old part of the hotel. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of food to suit all tastes. Bar was rather pricey! (3304076627)

The room was well decorated with everything available that you would need for a comfortable stay.

Decor outside of room in corridor/building a little bit shabby.

I was familiar with the hotel in terms of dining since I had lived in Dorking for a year because of work. I was not familiar with the accommodation. The rates are pricey for a single stay. The room did not exceed my expectation. I would rather have expected something better for the money. However, the White Horse has the monopoly being the only hotel in the centre of town. (2982216)

The room was nice. Good parking facilities.

General attention to detail with regard to maintenance. Organisation/admin: We were woken just before 9.00am on Sunday morning by room service we hadn't ordered. Disappointing as we are both busy people and this was a rare opportunity to sleep in.
