Dinner was absolutely superb and all the staff in the hotel were excellent and very friendly. The hotel room was a little tired, as were the carpets on the corridors, but it was adequate for an evening stay. (97440283)

It was adequately kitted out. The downstairs areas were very nice. The little bar area was very cosy. The bed was comfortable.The room was warm, as the weather had turned chilly.

Poky wardrobe and pressing facilities. Noisy as it fronted on to the main road. No where to stash your toilet bag and toiletries in the bathroom.

Good food, comfortable and good sized room with lovely surroundings and gardens. Large main fault was that there were no facilities for guests after 11 p.m. We returned from the nearby Westonbirt Arbortum concert at 11.05 and the bar was closed, no reception staff or night porter, and were advised that it was not possible to have a glass of wine in our room. We arrived at lunch time, not immediately obvious where residents should park. We stayed in room 4 which we had some difficulty in finding, perhaps more help in that direction, small point, in a lovely hotel where the staff were so friendly and kind, and the food was excellent I would certainly stay again, and would not hesitate to recommend it to my friends and associates William T G Stirling (2484374)
