The main issue for me was finding a large number of pubic hairs in the bath! Staff or previous customer I wonder? Overall it felt as if the room could do with a complete overall.

Good standard of food i.e. evening bar meal and breakfast. Comfortable bed. Reception staff, bar staff and restaurant staff very helpful and friendly.

I reported that the toilet did not flush, and had also not been cleaned. This was looked at while I had a meal, but the toilet still did not flush, which I reported again on departure.

It was quiet and in a convenient place

rooms very noisy could hear the people in the next room, also towels were dirty.

Food was not great, we were waiting an hour for dinner and when it came out there was not a lot on the plate - no vegetables where included in the dish and hardly any rice (chicken thai dish), it was not value for money - for this reason we went else where for breakfast

I would like to have known more about the location and the things available in the area. Restuarants are always nice to hear about. Shopping. (3304289015)

I liked the friendliness and obvious willingness of the staff to help when asked questions. We arrived very late and the duty manager made sandwiches for us.
