Very friendly and helpful staff, even gave us a lift to our venue. Second choice room was awaiting refurbishment and we were permitted to smoke. Beds comfortable, bathroom adequate, and the shower worked. (99691730)

Friendly service, excellent view, comfortable room, good breakfast, plenty of tea, coffee and milk in room with a mug rather than small cup.

Shower facilities could have been better, although I did get the impression that the hotel ws being improved slowly. Would have been good to be provided with a shower gel. Better quality tea needed.
