The lack of availability of guest bed rooms where smoking is allowed.

I would overall rate it excellent stay. The only bad side was the area as there was barely any restaurants only 1 chinese but luckily the food in the hotel was superb and reasonable. I have already recommended the hotel to a friend who has booked to stay in new coming weeks. (97339721)

I liked the meal - The restaurant and staff were superb - very quick and the food was excellent. The room was lovely and suitable for our stay although the bed was slightly small as my partner is 6ft 3! I would rate the hotel excellent - very central and very picturesque.

This hotel was a pleasure to stay at, all the staff were polite and courteous. Checking in and out was both quick and efficient, the gardens and patio area were a delight, and the dining room was superb all in all a wonderful one night stay (99073778)

We would certainly stay in this hotel again ,idealy situated for where we wanted to be (the cruise ships)an excellent choice of meals and excellent value

What was there to dislike? absolutely nothing it was top notch
