The accomodation was adequate. There was a party in the hotel on the night we stayed, so we did get some noise from the disco, but we are open minded that these events will happen. The food in the evening wasnt too bad, but the pizza did not look very nice.

It was clean

It was very hot and we couldnt get the air con to work properly. The shower was not very powerfull. The TV reception was not very good and there was a light bulb missing in the bedside lamp

The only minus was the cost of taxis. Not the Hotel's fault but a word of warning to guests that they will be paying a lot for a taxi.
We were there for the Heineken Cup and travelled back and forth from Richmond.
There is very little to complain about. The Hotel was reasonably central to Kingston and we reckon we got great value for money 10/10

Everything! It was spotless and comfortable. Tea and coffee making facilities well stocked as was bathroom. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast could not be faulted. Everything fresh and plenty of it.

Difficult!! The only down was the room window did not open enough. It was rather warm but we did not find anything wrong with our room or the Hotel. It was a most pleasant experience and we will definately book there again.

This hotel is in a good location for the Universities of Kingston and Roehampton. The Hotel is on a busy main road but my room overlooked a golf course which made it seem as if I was in the country rather than the outskirts of London. There was ample parking and early breakfast times meant that I could have a hearty breakfast before going to my early starting meetings. I will be visiting Kingston many times in the next few years and will be using this Hotel again.

Overall an excellent stay in very comfortable surroundings and in a very convenient location for our purposes (visiting Kew). Godd value for money.

Decor in room, facilities in room, public areas, dining room, breakfast.

Badly chipped paintwork in corridors leading to rooms. Noiser from road. Inexperienced restaurant staff (who tried very hard and did their best).

A pleasant stay overall. Good location, walking distance to the shops and town centre (Kingston is a very nice place too, with plenty of shops, restaurants and opportunities for relaxing walks by the Thames). Tea & coffee facilities in the room are added benefits and welcome after a long afternoon out. Our room was comfortable and the breakfast buffet offered lots of choice.

Good location, walking distance to the shops and town centre. Tea & coffee facilities in the room are also brilliant after an afternoon out. Room was comfortable and breakfast offered lots of choice.

Our room was a quite noisy during the night, mainly because of the people in the rooms nearby...
