Breakfast staff werent that great, one poor girl was running around seeing to everybody, while others looked on, people were getting moved around the tables as they had been laid for the evening but if the layout was obvious this wouldnt have been a problem (99838007)

Helpful and friendly staff. The provision in the room of the ironing board and iron was very useful.

The only comment is that it would be useful to have a sign on the entrance to the car park to inform users that the barrier is automatic and will open when approached.

Quite hard to find hotel if you don't know area very well, light sleepers may find they have a sleepless night due to train running all night and late night revellers near to hotel. Food was very nice and well presented but overpriced for what it was. Very clean and nicely decorated rooms with tea/coffee making facilities. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Enjoyable stay.
