Very efficient check-in/out.
Staff (especially Sharon) very informative, polite and helpful.
Room was very well appointed, fully functioning and comfortable.

Breakfast period quite manic, but more than satisfactory if timing is good!!

The staff were polite and helpful. We were very comfortable in our rooms. We would certainly use the hotel again.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, as were the beds.

My only criticism is that the breakfast area was not overly big, and we had difficulty in finding a place to sit.

Lack of wifi and airconditioning

I think the Maintenance of the rooms needs to be inforced more Thoroughly as this was something that I found to be very bad even though it was fixed after I had reported the problem, I as the customer should not have to be the one when I am paying good money to be reporting things which a regularcheck would of avoided.

The hotel and facilities were of a very high standard and That impressed me very much.

Having to complain on 4 occations which I find totally unaceptable.

ok, it was a bed for the night.

The room was spacious enough for 3 adults

When we arrived we was informed that the sofa bed hadn't been made, that was fine cos we were attending a wedding so would be out all day. Once in the room, 4 staff came in with sheets and not talking a word of english started to amke the bed, me and my freind are trying to get changed. I wanted them just to leave the sheets and we can do it later. I called reception to inform thema nd they said that they will sort it, when we arrived home later that evening, the bed wasn't made.

Generally it was a good hotel, clean, polite, drinks were very expensive, but in all I've had worse.

Very polite people, very clean

Well it was a smoking room with not an ashtray in sight, and putting the 'do not disturb' sign in the door did not stop hotel staff trying to get in to clean at 9.30am when we were still sleeping. Twice that happened, and it guarantees on the sign that you will not be disturbed.
