I paid for the accomodation by debit card and because of that I was denied the facility to have a credit account (In the bar etc) This has not been the case at other hotels I have stayed The bar is quite expensive, fortunately I had sufficient cash otherwise it would have been a problem. In future I will pay by credit card. Everything else was fine (97942834)

The main reception of the hotel is pleasant, although I had the distinct impression I was interrupting the receptionist organising her social life by being so inconsiderate as to want to check in! The room itself was quite tatty. We were on the 4th floor, however, so perhaps they're working round to refurbish....? We ordered breakfast in the room as we only had a very short time together on the Saturday morning. The food eventually arrived 45 minutes late, following 2 phone calls. 2 further phone calls followed once we realised they'd forgotten half the cutlery & the bread. By the time we realised they'd also forgotten the milk, we'd lost the will & made do with the UHT from the room's tea tray. (49354594)

Overall I was very pleased with my stay. The staff were all very firendly and helpful despite the hotel being busier than usual. None of this seemed to phase the staff who handled everything very professionally. I will definatley be staying again. (3304677319)

The shower was very hot.
