The rooms were spacious and staff friendly and anxious to help; breakfast on the 1st morning was excellent but then a buffet breakfast was disappointing

We moved rooms after the first night due to light bulbs not working, wash basin not draining and lack of cleanliness. At our replacement room no soap, shampoo or hairdryer. Newspapers oredered didn't arrive 2 out of 3 mornings and there was an overall impression of very helpful but over stressed staff.

The hotel was practically deserted in the evening,on Easter weekend! Limited entertainment and choice of alcholic beverages in bar.When cooked breakfast was served to order it was excellent. However,when it was served buffet style i.e. heated containers(3 out of 5 days) it was cold and inedible. On the plus side, the suite was excellent,spacious and well appointed,and the staff were friendly and helpful (3304408322)

Although the suites were large, spacious and well equiped, the hygiene standards were poor, and the shower room in desperate need of renovation. With the exception of one female member of staff - who was extremelly pleasant and helpful, most staff appeared lethargic and uninterested in guests. Service in the hotel restaurant was very slow.
