My Son (23) and I came to Aberdeen to look for a flat to rent prior to the commencement of his PhD at Aberdeen University in October. We had no prior knowledge of accommodation but thought the Bimini looked very pleasant. We were made very welcome and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. However, I would be tempted to check availability with the hotel itself in future prior to booking on line as the information was out of date.

Comfortable, clean and pleasant place to stay with welcoming and friendly staff. Slept well and thoroughly enjoyed the well cooked breakfast.

The proprietor had to phone a couple of days before our stay to inform us that the rooms that we had booked via this website were not actually available. He was frustrated that the information was out of date and apologised for any inconvenience. Fortunately he had further accommodation to suit our needs.

I would definately stay there again.

The room was clean and comfortable and I appreciated the parking facility round the back. The breakfast was excellent.

As a recently retired historian, I went to Aberdeen to investigate family history. The properietor at the Bimini was able to provide useful information about the location of what I needed to see, as well as superb breakfasts. The entire guest house was non-smoking, and I liked that. Its location was within walking distance of the railway station and downtown Aberdeen.
(99026341)

Its convenient location, its cleanliness, and its helpful management.

I liked everything.

Easy to find and very near the city centre and sea front, Bimini Guest House is lovely and welcoming. We found the room to be immaculate, with a great on-suite shower room and good tea/coffee making facilities.
The owner was very knowledgeable about some wonderful places to visit within the city. The Art Gallery, Maritime Museum and Prossit Skenes House were well worth a visit.
I would reccommend Bimini to my friends.

Very clean and friendly but check in time of 4.30 pm and check out time of 10.00 not really satisfactory. It would be more convenient to be able to check in earlier and have breakfast a little later.

Check in time of 4.30 and breakfast finished very, very early.

All together we have a splended stay. We was 6 seniors, traveling a lot around in the world, this was excellent for the price we payd. The only thing we didn`t now, before booking, was that breakfast was included. This was however, a big suprice for us.
(3304875402)

Wonderful people running the place. They were very helpful - Lovely breakfast, which are included - Near the city, only 7 min to go.

I did not realise, this was a small guest house. It was also very difficult to find.

Offer evening meals. I had to go elsewhere at night, away from the hotel for food, after a long and tiring working day.

I can't complain about anything-the guest house was wonderful! (Directions to it were not good for strangers in the city, though!)

Very clean! Lovely facilities, especially the bathroom. The staff were fantastic, and I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay during surgery!

General overview stay was pleasant and relaxing but got a parking ticket as i was not informed that the street was pay and display from 8.30 in the morning so use the car park to rear. Room was just too small for me. On another pleasant note the owner has contacted the council to try and revoke my ticket.Very good value for money.

The guest house was clean and the staff where very pleasant and helpfull this was a nice, friendly and welcoming B&B and soon rooms will be on-line, good step forward.

As a car delivery driver, I occasionally have to book overnight stays at short notice. The experience of finding, booking and staying at the Bimini Guest House fulfilled all my requirements. The only other information I would have liked was the walking distance to the railway station.

After 2 days of travel by plane and train from the states, to London and then finally to Aberdeen we were greeted warmly - even with our late arrival. Our host showed us to our room quickly and gave us information about our stay (i.e. breakfast, keys, etc). In the morning he had a map of Aberdeen waiting for us at breakfast with additional information to aid us in our travels. It was a wonderful way to start our trip.

The Bimini Guest House was warm, inviting, attractive, clean, safe, friendly and well situated to Aberdeen attractions.

I do not think the guest house wa advertised as a bed and breakfast; so this information would have been useful. Also it is amazing how close it is to the city centre.
(2566694)

The staff was very anxious to please. They were flexible in their schedule. The atmosphere was quite peaceful and clean.

The banging of the front door by guests or staff. I guess this was disturbibg to me as my room was next to the front door. However it did wake me in the night; so it would be good if the propriator can look into it.

The Bimini, has good parking facilities at the rear of the hotel. The breakfast was large well cooked and presented. The staff could not have helped more. The room had two large single beds, it was well decorated, light and airy, and immaculately clean. There were tea coffee and biscuits and a kettle. The en-suite shower room was also very clean and all the fittings are modern. The T.V. was easy to operate with plenty of channels to watch. It would be hard to fault anything at all.
