Poor quality hotel,so poor that i took photo's as I have never seen anything so shabby (107244755)

Room was shabby,old fashioned,single bed,very busy at night and early hours night club and bin men. Toilet suite and bath suite did not match (white and green) Holes in the bathroom wall and ceiling

the website stated that the hotel had recently been refurbished, the room we had , had obviously not.. there was a cracked window, loose wires on the kettle, the tap on bathroom sink was unattached, there were cobwebs and dust all over room, the light fitting were full of dead flies..... they also sold us out of date nuts from their bar. the hotel was easy to find and ideally situated for axcessing the city centre. We found the room to be a little tired in it's decor but it very roomy and cleaned to a very high standard. We would definately stay at this accomadation again if visiting Aberdeen.

Location, very central to all amenities.

The room was very hot and no air conditioning, couldnt open the window due to noise. Very limited parking available.

Little else to say. The double glazing was effective and with the window open the street noise would have made sleep impossible. I like the window open normally but the receptionist put an effective fan in the room. However it would be impossible to sleep there for me in the summer. You need air conditioning but I suppose it is not on at that price. The value and the location were excellent (99772258)

With a bit of TLC , fresh paint and new furnishings this hotel could be one of Aberdeens most sought after hotels , it already has a friendly and welcoming staff and its in a great location for an Aberdeen visit .You simply catch the bus from Aberdeen airport to the bus station and the hotel is only a five minute walk away . The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The location was perfect just beside Union street , Aberdeens main street . Breakfast was plentiful and quite varied , though I would have expected brown bread as well as toast .Our room was a decent size with a decent sized ensuite, and very important to us tea/coffee making facilities in the room

Definately the decor , its very drab and neglected looking , the hotel really needs a total facelift . My husband was kept awake during the night with noise from a nightclub close by , luckily I slept through it .

the hotel was central located. wery nice staff, except one person. We had a great weekend.

On the whole it was a friendly hotel, one pleasant receptionist, really nice and good chambermaids, clean and in a central location. The hotel was in poor repair, peeling paint and some rather battered plasterboard, i did not feel that this was reflected in the price. Room service is adequate but not exceptional however staff are polite and friendly. (2616729)
