I found the staff, both on the phone and in person, very pleasant and friendly to deal with. (97706468)

The bedroom needed updating, also was very hot and we had problems turning the radiator off (assumed this was a problem as the window was wide open when we arrived)

It's central location. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were delicious.

During the 3 days I stayed there the lift was out of order on several occassions.

Comfortable spacious and well-equipped room

Food at dinner was VERY poor quality, with little choice. Sweets were good & made the meal! All public areas were cold. TV in room could not be viewed when in bed. Very easy to check in - parking was also simple. (3304122758)

Friendly service - all staff were very helpful and courteous.

Heating - it was a cold weekend, but the bar was freezing.
