Although we only stayed in the hotel for 1 night I would definitely go back. The restaurant and service was the best I had experienced in a long time. I thought the decorations in the downstairs area gave the place a very welcoming feeling & nothing was too much trouble for the staff. (97629928)

I felt the whole place was very friendly & the staff couldn't do enough for you.

I felt the bathroom (in room 9) was a little tired & could do with a little spruce up.

A bit minimal but adequate

The Hotel had just been taken-over(3weeks before)& the New Staff were very friendly & helpfull,Our Room was fine for our overnight stay, Although some distance from the nearest town/village,Do need a vehicle for getting around, But ideal to use as a base,Very pleasent stay & will probley will stay there again. Hotel was clean & tidy,Good Menu,with specials on offer. Although there was a problem with My meal Which they REFUNDED with no problems, (We had eaten there nine weeks before)

The TV could have been in a better poistioned,& more power in the shower unit,Paid extra for breakfeast,But would have liked it to be included along with the accommodation

Did not have a bath

More non smoking public areas. Lacking in general cleanliness around window sills and floors. Lack of detail to placement of particular items e.g. teabags at breakfast, - fruit tea in with ordinary tea - should have been sepparate. Ordering meals from the resteraunt menu would normally naturally mean allocating a table in the resteraunt area, - this had to be requested.NO hot water available for showering or washing on morning of departure. Although I did not draw attention to this staff were aware but did not appologise for circumstances.
