I enjoyed my stay, the staff were always friendly and helpful, all the staff seem to be french so it does not feel like you are in England. (97254680)

The hotel is on an idustrial estate and quite close to a main road, but I could barely hear any traffic noise. Food in the restaurant is good value for money.

The plumbing is quite noisy, if someone uses any water upstairs there is quite a high noise level, but this does not happen continuously so it is acceptable. I found it hard to think of anything truly bad about this hotel.

Probably the best budget hotel in which I have ever stayed. Quiet and clean with a decent bar and restaurant should you need it. Complimentary use of the Leisure centre across the road is a great bonus so bring your kit and/or swimming gear. I sound like I have shares in the hotel but I don't. Now there's a thought... Clean, quiet, reasonably priced. Tea and coffee and tasty buttery biscuits in the room. Use of Greens Leisure Club across the road. Sexy French accents too!

I can't think of any bad points. TV channels could be better, maybe, but I guess 5 is enough. Sports TV is on in the bar too.

Perfectly adequate for the purpose. Nice to have a bath and a shower. Towels changed everyday. Good provision of complimentary coffee etc. Friendly and helpful staff. Good sized double bed.

Bed was a little bowed, so we kept rolling to the middle! Need a few clothes/towel hooks in bathroom.

Smelt heavily of cigarette smoke

Was very suprised to find it in the middle of a trading estate however it was very quiet at night.It could have done with proper access to the canal as this is the quickest way to the pub and restaurant on the other side of the canal and road.The restaurant did a good breakfast with both cooked and continental good value for money all round (99703356)

bed was nice and big and the quilt on the bed was a nice size(most places i have stayed it barely stayed on the bed)

not enough sockets in the room,matress had a big dip in it and coffee in room was disgusting

Having stayed here before i knew what to expect,however the rest of our group were a little wary as it is on an industrial estate .Having arrived everyone was very happy with the location and condition of the hotel and said they would book again. The honesty of the staff is beyond approach. One of our party left his wallet on a table in the main restaurant and did not realise for some time. He contacted the hotel thinking there was little hope of getting it back however it had been found and returned to his room. Exceptional in a hotel this size to find such honest and customer focused staff. (3304202118)
