for the price, very average. we would not recommend it at all. there are far cheaper and much nicer places to stay in Burford. (97551505)

Convenience and easy to find

the smell of stale cigarettes in our room the steep and narrow depth stairs to our room the breakfast was very average and our orders mistaken twice

Clean room and modern bathroom facilities

Dated room furniture,no stool for dressing table.One bathroom light not working and toilet brush unusable.

This hotel exceeded our exspectations in every respect. A very warm and friendly welcome on arrival a very well appointed room. Staff most solicitous but not over bearing with a genuinedesire to make our stay as pleasant as possible.The restaurant was truly excellent with a wide range of well cooked food and good wines, even champagne by the glass. Dining area could have been more intimate, very brightly lit and as there was a small party going on quite noisy

We had a great time. The manager was very friendly and we enjoyed the whole weekend. It may help to point out to people that is it on the main road. We did not have a problem with noise at all but some poeple may be put off that it is on a main road. (2681442)

The Accomdation was great very nice room and lovely furnishings.

When I checked in I was asked which newspaper I wanted but a newspaper was never delivered to my room. Only a very small complaint.
