This room was booked on behalf of Aidan Paddick a colleague from BP. Unfortunately Mr Paddick was not able to stay at the hotel, due the fact that the previous occupant had died in situ. Mr Paddick was consequently moved to a hotel in Paddington which was not a convenient location, but under the circumstances this was unavoidable. (99687064)

Once again this hotel ticks so many of the boxes of an excellent hotel. Just wish there was access to tea and coffee, and a more reliable room service menu. Breakfast was once again delivered to my room exactly on time! (3305178644)

Felt like I was arriving a a beautiful home. Efficient, unobtrusive but friendly staff. Beautiful furnishings. Very comfortable bed.Breakfast arrived 'exactly' at the requested time - excellent!

No facilities in the room for making a drink.Due to work I returnrd to my room in the early hours and could not make a drink or order food. Did order cold food from room service before I left, which was in my room for my return but I could stll not access a hot drink. Room and bathroom, although beautiful were both rather small for the price.

Definite difference among the rooms, some rooms very small though still tasteful. Given an upgrade by request but had to pay more for it. When we upgraded we were offered a complimentary bottle of champagne as it was our honeymoon which was nice. It would've been nicer to have been offered that upon arrival or had something special in the room when we got there though (since we did note that it was our honeymoon on our reservation). Overall though staff was still very pleasant (though we never managed to be around for tea) and accomadating, and the hotel itself was quite charming. The tea in the afternoon I'm sure was lovely, and the champagne in the evenings was a nice touch. The location was very convenient to the tube and local eateries as well. Most accomadations in London are expensive, so the price was probably not out of line though certainly not a bargain. A lovely experience nonetheless. (3304525772)

Great location w easy access to the tube and local eateries. Staff friendly and helpful, charming hotel. Nice details like robe, slippers, umbrellas.

Very small bathroom, and initial room we were given was very small.

The Cranley is an excellent facility for those valuing privacy and a sense of conection with the community. It offers excellent accomodation at a reasonable price with easy access to the city. I'll be back. (3304537949)
