the central heating went off too early,although there was a convector heater

Very friendly staff. A busy country pub with many local customers but restaurant has a wide range of choice at reasonable prices and also attracts diners from further afield. Upstairs accommodation is comfortable but a number of steps and fire doors would make access difficult for those with impaired mobility and impractical for wheelchair users. (3304215252)

Very conveneient location for access to Durham whilst being away from the busy centre overnight.

Thin curtains allowed in too much light in the early mornings

bathroom was mouldy on the bath and shower food was very high quality good value for money. clearer instuctions on how to find the place would help. (2724100)

comfy beds clean well decorated

dodgy television in our room kettle had to be plugged in on the floor table a long way from plug this in my opinion is dangerous
