The hotel is very convenient for Earl's Court Station and unlike hotels on the other side of the road, where it can be very noisy from the station, this hotel is quite peaceful. The breakfast staff were helpful and cheerful.

I stayed at this hotel last year and then the breakfast included cold meat but this time it was only dried-up slices of cheese. However, plenty of cereal and bread for toasting. The showerhead in the bathroom had not been cleaned (perhaps ever) so the flow of water was pathetic. I booked two months in advance and asked for a room near the ground floor but was two floors up which was not good for my friend who has walking difficulties especially as breakfast is another floor down. Returning to our room after breakfast was a trial.

The best thing about the hotel is definitely its location in a vibrant neighbourhood with easy access to tube and bus.

Breakfast is nothing to write home about with tasteless coffee and de-frozen bred. The Hotel adopts a very annoying policy, which is to make you pay for the entire stay immediately on arrival, whitout even having had a look at the room. We refused and payed after the first night.

For the price, I would recommend this hotel as being convenient and pleasant. (97683875)

The position of the hotel is very convenient for the tube station and places to eat. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast room is lovely and the continental breakfast itself, good.

The curtain would not close and I had to use a safety pin to keep it together. Otherwise the room was comfortable - but only one dining-style chair for two people even though it had said in the booking confirmation 'easy chairs' plural.

Can't fault the price of the hotel - Earl's court at short notice and a sensible price. Room was a fair size for London I suppose, but don't expect to be able to sit at the dressing table! Not a bad B&B, but it won't set your hear on fire either. (99613377)

Impressive frontage and reception, but very small and dreary room with very difficult access. Bedding was worn out and bedspread was torn and dirty. Smallest bathroom and shower we have ever seen. Poorest accommodation in our ten week tour and (together with a hotel in Belarus!) was poorest value for money out of 20 hotels in 13 countries. Fortunately no other hotel which we booked on the internet was as disappointing. (2245357)

The convenience of the location. The fact that it was very close to the train station and was easily accesible.
