Everything was fine.

The price for the food and the staff on the restaurant. PS: the kids breakfast is too expensive, but the rest was good.

Heathrow Hotels are general very expensive and Quality Hotel offers a lower cost option for an overnight stay at the airport. restaurant was good value and food was well served. Will stay there again. (97655391)

The only down side was the bar did not stay open late - in other hotels I have stayed in recently the bar stayed open as long as the guests wanted to drink (not in a roudy way)but this woulsd be my only criticism and I would use the facility again (97327889)

Not overpriced, including food and drink

No Air Con in rooms, the windows did not open more that 2 inches. On the day of our stay it was a sweltering 32 degrees. An uncomfortable nights sleep was had as the small amount of air that could have got into the room was covered by big thick curtains!!

the extra charge for the car park whilst known was an added cost. The resturant was expensive and the quality of the food was very poor. The food order took along time to arrive which was unacceptable considering we had two small children eating which was not even at the busy time of the resturant. The staff were very poor in both performance and knowledge of the service they were offering. (3304787212)
