Barceló Blackpool Imperial Hotel

our only criticism would be that guests with a car were charged 2.50p per day. wherever we have stayed we were never charged car parking rates. Apart from that the food and accomodation and service were excellent. (97295318)

The public areas of the hotel are spacious, room to sit and read/etc without being overlooked by others. Breakfasts are excellent with room around each table. Service v. good

Decor in personal room 'tired' looking. Also room quite small for two people with inadequate wardrobes. Bathroom lighting faulty - must have been noticed by housekeeping, but nothing done.

all in all our stay was excellent bedroom was verey good shower was excellent and hot chocs in room were rather sparce. decoration needed updating (99117238)

The whole place felt it had been left behind in a bygone era and needed a complete refurb and lick of paint. The room service was a con as they charge you a try charge of (3305325896)

the standard room that we stayed in felt quite dirty and old fashioned. the bed was like one at your grans...lumpy and knackered.

i would like to have known if i was going to get a sea view before i got to the hotel. i dont think thare should be a charge for the car park when i am paying for use of the hotel. (3304864405)

The hotel lived up to our expectations - nice size room, comfortable bed,en suite facilities very good - excellent breakfast choices. A very nice friendly clean hotel. We intend to return to Blackpool next year and will definitely stay at the Imperial again. (2975961)
